I fly to you twice. First visit: 15 minutes to measure and confirm every piece I'll make. Second visit: 15 minutes with a baste-stage garment for precision adjustments. Total time investment from you: under an hour.

Engagements start at $25,000 for an initial wardrobe build. Most clients invest $80,000–$120,000 to build a complete system across business, travel, and events. That includes wardrobe strategy, fabric sourcing from Italian and English mills, complete construction, two in-person visits anywhere in the world, and a rotation-ready closet delivered to your door.

How is this different from Tom James or other traveling tailors?

Most traveling tailors sell individual garments. I build complete wardrobe systems with every piece designed to work with every other piece. I invest 200+ hours per client, source exclusively from mills in Italy and England, and personally manage every detail. This isn't a suit appointment, it is a permanent wardrobe solution.

What if my body changes?

Your measurements are permanently on file. If your body changes, I can adjust garments within 10 pounds of weight change. No additional charges to remake your measurements if weight change is significant, your wardrobe system is designed to evolve with you.

How long does the process take?

From first call to delivered wardrobe: typically 6 months. Your total in-person time commitment is under 2 hours across two visits. Everything else happens behind the scenes.
